As a member of the Modular and Portable Building Association, we aim to highlight the significant financial and environmental advantages of choosing a modular building over traditional construction.

Our experienced design team ensures that every building produced or refurbished has carbon emission rates which meet or exceed statutory requirements. At Modular Buildings Ltd, we are committed to our ongoing environmental responsibility, by continual monitoring and implementation of new processes, through effective management.

We offer a range of green options to further benefit the environment including rainwater harvesting systems, turf or sedum green roofs, photovoltaic solar roof modules, wind turbines and ground and air sourced heat pumps.

Compared to traditional buildings, modular buildings offer significant financial savings, reduced building timescales and also decreased pollution, by using fewer vehicle movements and therefore reducing vehicle mileage and carbon emissions.

Wherever possible, we use sustainably sourced materials and the recycling of waste is encouraged in all areas of our work, from offices to factory to site locations.
