The Process

Customer Concept & Enquiry / Site Visit
We follow a strict process from your initial enquiry, through to installation and after sales service. We offer a free, no obligation site survey to inspect the site and discuss your requirements in depth.

Design & Quotation
We provide a full design specification, layout and elevation drawings to help you visualise your new modular building concept. Once you are satisfied with the layout, we provide a competitive detailed quotation.

Purchase Order
From receipt of purchase order, we supply a comprehensive programme of works for your modular building. This details dates for manufacture, groundworks, delivery, installation and service connections together with a full list of direct contact details.

Planning
Should you require assistance with planning, we are more than happy to attend to this for you. We are a Local Authority Building Control Partner, and can submit all layout and elevation plans to the council on your behalf.

Manufacture / Refurbishment
Your building will be manufactured or refurbished to your requirements and finished to an extremely high standard. The majority of the building is completed off site prior to delivery, to ensure minimal on site works are carried out. Foundations and service connection preparations can be undertaken during this process, in order to be ready for delivery.

Delivery & Installation
Each unit is individually loaded on to a lorry by a suitable crane and then transported to your site by specialist haulage contractors, at a time convenient to you. The units are then unloaded and installed onto the pre-prepared pad foundations. Each bay is then weather sealed and all internal finishing is carried out.

Completion / Handover
Your building will be handed over, complete with a comprehensive Operations and Maintenance manual.
