  • Internal finish - vinyl faced plasterboards to walls and ceilings and fully welded pure sheet vinyl to the floors

  • Solid core doors, gloss painted flush ply style with low level thresholds and 5 lever mortice locks
  • High performance roof covering, single ply membrane with rainwater discharged into outlets at both ends of the building
